By using The Loop VPN service, you accept these terms of use. Please read them carefully before using the service.

2. Service Description

The Loop VPN is a virtual private network service that provides a secure connection when accessing the internet. The service is available on various platforms, including iOS, Android, AndroidTV, macOS, and Windows.

3. Service Usage

When using The Loop VPN, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the service to violate the rights of others
  • Not take actions that may disrupt the service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks related to the service

4. Fair Use

To ensure a high-quality service for all users, we have a fair use policy. You agree not to consume excessive bandwidth or server resources that could degrade the service for others. We reserve the right to limit or suspend service for users who violate this policy.

5. Privacy

The Loop adheres to a strict privacy policy. The VPN service does not collect or transmit user data. To improve the application, anonymized analytics without user identifiers are used. See the Privacy Policyfor more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Loop VPN is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Refund Policy

We strive for the best service and transparency in refund matters. This section describes the conditions and procedure for refunding payments.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are possible if the client cannot use the VPN service due to technical or regional restrictions related to their internet provider, or if services were not provided in accordance with the order terms. Refunds are not provided for reasons related to fair use violations or user obligation breaches.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted to support from the account that made the purchase, including payment details and confirmation of inability to use the service (screenshots/video recording of errors). A response will be provided within 3 business days.

Refund Calculation

The refund amount corresponds to unused calendar days of service provision. The refund amount is calculated without considering discounts, promotions, and bonuses.

Refund Method

Refunds are made to the same electronic wallet/card from which payment was made, or to the balance in the Provider's system. The request is reviewed within three business days. The request may be rejected if the inability to use the service was caused by the User's actions.

Refund Exclusions

VPN blocks in the User's country (including China, Iran, Turkmenistan) are not grounds for a refund.

8. In-App Purchases

The Loop VPN may be available for purchase through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Platform-Specific Policies

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions, including their refund policies. For refunds of in-app purchases, you must contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

Subscription Management

Subscriptions purchased through app stores are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. To cancel or modify your subscription, you must do so through the respective platform's subscription management settings. We do not have access to or control over app store subscriptions.

Support for In-App Purchases

While we cannot process refunds for app store purchases directly, our support team is available to help with technical issues or service-related questions. Contact us if you're experiencing problems with the service itself.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We are committed to resolving all payment disputes fairly and promptly. If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or did not receive the service as described, contact us first. Most issues can be resolved within 24-48 hours. We will work with you to find a fair solution.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. By continuing to use the service after changes to the terms, you accept such changes.
